My Thanksgiving Sweet Potato Soufflé

This is one of my all time favorite Thanksgiving recipes! Sweet, soft and delicious and my family all absolutely love it! I’m certain yours will too. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!

Cut potatoes in 4 pieces.

Boil Potatoes for 20 minutes, until soft.

Peel and mash until very fine.

Add 2 sticks of melted butter.

Add all other ingredients (except the eggs).

Add the eggs, beaten fine, at the end (once all other ingredients have been added).

Put ingredients into soufflé dish.

Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
